The great thing about REAL green tea is the second cup made from the same leaves tastes great! Brew the tea until the leaves fall down in the water. NOTE: To remove sticks and stems that float, use a chopstick and fish them out.
NOTE: Correct authentic practice is brew momentarily in hot water, then throw out the water, then brew 2nd time. Maybe this is because tea concentrates aluminum which is added in fertilizer Alum.

Lung Ching is a tea making region in China, Lung Ching means "Dragon Well". There is a well there that has real Dragons living in it.

(1) Lung Ching Emerald Spring

This is the best. Cheaper cost, has stems in it. Still tastes great. Available in Chinese grocery stores in a nice bulk container.
http://www.arborteas.com/dragonwell-lung-ching-green-tea.html

(3) Pouchong Tea

Green tea that is barely fermanted to Ooolong. "Ten Tea" brand from Taiwan is available. This is inexpensive and good! Get real. This is New York.”

This year, responding to complaints that black rubber mats and other playground equipment get dangerously hot in the summer, the mayor said: “If it’s hot, don’t sit on it. Air-conditioning the slide is not something we can afford to do.”

On Wednesday, when saying that the city was trying to turn the thermostats down inside city buildings to save heating costs, he offered this advice: “Wear a sweater if you’re chilly.”

There's something about complexity...Why do we try to avoid it, or simplify our lives; sometimes it's necessary to embrace the complexity of things, rather than run from it.
Note that trying to simplify life often makes it more complex. Another irony/paradox/contradiction for my list.

“If there’s one thing in physics I feel more responsible for than any other, it’s this perception of how everything fits together,” he said. “I like to think of myself as having a sense of judgment. I’m willing to go anywhere, talk to anybody, ask any question that will make headway.

“I confess to being an optimist about things, especially about someday being able to understand how things are put together. So many young people are forced to specialize in one line or another that a young person can’t afford to try and cover this waterfront — only an old fogy who can afford to make a fool of himself.

“If I don’t, who will?”

"We are no longer satisfied with insights only into particles, or fields of force, or geometry, or even space and time,” Dr. Wheeler wrote in 1981. “Today we demand of physics some understanding of existence itself.”

The black hole “teaches us that space can be crumpled like a piece of paper into an infinitesimal dot, that time can be extinguished like a blown-out flame, and that the laws of physics that we regard as ‘sacred,’ as immutable, are anything but,” he wrote in his 1999 autobiography, “Geons, Black Holes & Quantum Foam: A Life in Physics.”
